I run a leadership consultancy, The Conversation Space. Our purpose is to strengthen human connection through the power of conversation. We work with companies like Amazon, Tesco, Mind and EY, to help their people have more skillful, candid and honest conversations at work. And it’s not only workplace conversations I’m interested in.

The reason I became a Trustee for DBET is because I believe conversations are at the heart of how we learn, inspire, engage and grow as people. My experience has taught me about the impact of being truly listened to and feeling heard. The richness that comes from developing the capacity to ask great questions and think for yourself. And the potential of dialogue as a lever for creating change.

My hope is to harness the insights I’ve gained from working in organisations, running my own businesses, my academic research and being a mother, to help create a unique offering to the young people within our community.

When not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the Devon countryside where I live with my husband, three teenage children and numerous animals!
